Board of Vanta Bioscience decides to foray into clinical research business
At meeting held on 27 July 2018
The Board of Vanta Bioscience has approved to foray into clinical research business. The Board has approved the following -(1) Incorporation of a 100% subsidiary in the name of Vanta Clinical Research at Hyderabad; and
(2) Incorporation of a 51% step down subsidiary of the above mentioned company in the name of Vanta Research Solutions at Hyderabad.
