At meeting held on 31 July 2017

The Board of Directors of Vantage Knowledge Academy at its meeting held on 31 July 2017 has approved the following change in directorate -

Appointed Neeta Dedhia as Managing Director
Appointed Rajesh Dedhia as CFO
Appointed Mukesh Shah as Additional Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.
Approved resignation of Utsav Veera as Non Executive Independent Director.
