Board of Venus Remedies approves details for QIP issue

At meeting held on 08 January 2018

The Board of Venus Remedies at its meeting held on 08 January 2018 has approved the following -

1. Opening of QIP issue on 9 January 2018

2. Approval of draft Preliminary Placement Document dated 8 January 2018 for QIP.

3. Taken note of Floor price for QIP issue of Rs 103.64 per share as calculated by ICDR guidelines.
