Board of Vulcan Engineers approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 16 May 2014

Vulcan Engineers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:

Roberto Del Filippis Delfico has been appointed as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from 16 May 2014.

Ranganath Desai has resigned as Executive Director - Finance of the Company with effect from 04 July 2014 vide his letter dated 12 May 2014.

Anand Gadkari has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 16 May 2014.
