At meeting held on 15 June 2015
Yogi Infra Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 June 2015, has approved the following matters:1. Shifting of Registered Office of Company from outside the local limits of city Hooghly but within the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Kolkata subject to the approval of the Shareholders to be sought by a resolution to be passed by Postal Ballot.
2. Increasing the limits of Loans, Advances and Investments pursuant to Section 186 of the Companies Act 2013 and Rules made thereunder subject to the approval of the Shareholders to be sought by a resolution to be passed by Postal Ballot.
