Zylog Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 June 2016, inter alia, took on record and approved the following items :

1. Accepted the Resignation of S Vimalesh Kumar, Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2016.

2. Accepted the Resignation of K.S Subramanian, Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2016.
