Camphor & Allied Products announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on 16 November 2017 pronounced the Order sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation ('Scheme') of Oriental Aromatics (the 'Transferor Company') with Camphor and Allied Products (the 'Transferee Company' / the 'Company') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Companies, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
