Caplin Point Laboratories fixes record date for sub-division of shares

Record date is 20 October 2016

Caplin Point Laboratories announced that 20 October 2016 has been fixed as the RECORD DATE for the purpose of ascertaining the eligible members who would be entitled to receive 5 (Five) equity shares of nominal face value of Rs. 2/- in lieu of 1 (One) existing equity snare of nominal face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.
