Capri Global Capital grants stock options

Under ESOP

Capri Global Capital announced that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 May 2015, inter-alia has granted 4,00,000 Stock Options under ESOP 2009 (Scheme) to Sunil Kapoor, Executive Director of the Company at the Exercise Price of Rs. 200/- per option.

The ESOP's would be vested over a period of 5 years starting from 15 October 2016 and vesting would be linked with attainment of Return on Equity.
