Cat Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 November 2014, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2014, and to re-appoint Dhiraj Kumar Jaiswal as Managing Director of the Company.
