Chemo Pharma Laboratories will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2015, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2015, to place and consider the consent letter received from P C Jain for appointment as Additional Director of the Company.
