Chennai Petroleum Corporation announced that Ravi Kumar Rungta (DIN: 00993270) and Dr.C.K.Shivanna (DIN: 009398521) have been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) w.e.f 16 November 2021 and Sukla Mistry (DIN: 09309378), Executive Director and Refinery Head (Barauni), Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation (CPCL) w.e.f 16 November 2021 pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the company passed vide Circular Resolution dated 16 November 2021.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
