Cheviot Company allots 21.55 lakh equity shares

Under bonus issue

Cheviot Company has allotted 21,55,625 ordinary shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up bonus ordinary shares on 31st August, 2018, in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid-up bonus ordinary share of Rs. 10/- each for every existing 2 (two) fully paid-up ordinary shares of Rs. 10/- each held.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 21,55,625 bonus ordinary shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 6,46,68,750/- comprising of 64,66,875 fully paid-up ordinary shares of Rs. 10/- each.
