Cinerad Communications announces change in directorate

With effect from 11 November 2015

Cinerad Communications announced that the composition of the Board of Directors has been changed on resignation of Manmohan Raghunath Prasad Prahaladka from the Board w.e.f. 11 November 2014.

Further, the Board have appointed Utpal Dey as Additional Director till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting. A list of Directors of the company w.e.f. 11 November 2014 is given

1. Pradeep Kumar Daga, Managing Director
2. Vinita Daga, Non-Executive Director and Women Director
3. Utpal Dey, Additional Director (appointed w.e.f. November 11, 2014)
4. Dilip Kumar Hela, as an Independent Director
5. Bishambar Pachisia, as an Independent Director.
