Cipla allots 50,413 equity shares

Under ESOS

Cipla has allotted 50,413 equity shares of Rs 2 each under ESOS. Consequently, the issued share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 161.19 crore comprising of 80,59,98,498 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each. The paid up and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 160.99 comprising of 80,49,95,103 equity shares of face valued Rs 2 each.
