CMI announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 May 2015

CMI announced that Board of Directors of the Company has approved for resignation of Himani Jain as additional Director (Non independent) and Abhishek Aggarwal as additional Director (Independent) on 01 May 2015 under Section 168 of Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules.

With reference to the above subject, Board of Directors of the Company has approved for appointment of as additional Director (Independent) on 01 May 2015 under Section 161 of Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules, and Article 96 of the Articles of Association of the Company
