CMI gets approval for extension of AGM

For a period of 3 months

CMI has received approval from Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana vide approval letter dated 23 August 2017 for extension of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 March, 2017, which is due to be held by 30 September 2017 as per requirements of Section 96 of Companies Act, 2013, for another period of 3 months.
