Compucom Software will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2015 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, to consider and approve the date, time and place of Annual General meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended on 31 March 2015 and other matters connected with the Annual General Meeting.
