Consolidated Securities announces change in CFO

With effect from 24 November 2015

Consolidated Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 November 2015, inter alia, has appointed Naresh Chandra Varshney as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in place of Rohit Gupta, with effect from 24 November 2015, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, any other applicable provisions, if any.

The said appointment has been approved by the Audit Committee at its meeting held on 24 November 2015. Further, he shall act as Key Managerial Personnel in compliance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
