Container Corporation of India to consider dividend

Container Corporation Of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2018, inter alia, to consider the approval of Audited Financial Results & Segment wise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed, for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018, and also consider declaration of Final Dividend, if any, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
