Continental Chemicals gets favourable order in excise case

Continental Chemicals has received a favourable order in an excise case. In this order, the interest on the original refund from the period of expiry of 3 months from 25 May 1995 has been approved and as per the order adjudicating authority is instructed to calculate and refund the interest amount to the company.
