Control Print to hold board meeting

Control Print will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 February 2015, to consider, discuss and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2014 and to consider the proposal for payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15.
