Cox & Kings allots equity shares

On conversion of convertible warrants

Cox & Kings has allotted 72,50,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each to its promoter group entity, Standford Trading on conversion of 72,50,000 convertible warrants on 25 May 2016.

Post the allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 882,824,450 dividend into 176,564,890 equity shares of Rs 5 each. The new equity shares issued will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.
