Record date is 23 October 2015; Dividend payment date is 06 November 2015

CRISIL has fixed 23 October 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend, if declared at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on 17 October 2015 and the same will be paid on 06 November 2015.
