CSL Finance gets nod for Scheme of Amalgamation

CSL Finance has announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench at New Delhi has passed the order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between CSL Finance Limited and CSL Holdings Private Limited on 30th May, 2017 and the company has received the authenticated copy of the order with the scheme annexed from the NCLT Principal Bench. The company is in the process of filing the said order with the Registrar of Companies as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
