D B Realty provides business update

To launch residential project in BKC area, Mumbai

D B Realty announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MIG(Bandra) Realtors & Builders has undertaken development of land spread across 20150 sq mtrs (approx. 5 acres) situated near Bandra Kurla Complex area. The residential project, a 29 storey tower designed by Architect Hafeez Contractor, will be launched on 14 October 2015 and is planned to be completed within 39 months. The Company has invested an amount of Rs 340 crores upto date in the project.
