DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 84,100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 14 November 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,14,15,308 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
