DCB Bank allots equity shares

DCB Bank announced that the Bank on 18 December 2014 has allotted 35,335 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to employee stock option plan (ESOP). Post the said allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 281.49 lakhs shares of Rs 10 each.
