DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 17,850 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on 21 January 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,16,79,918 shares of Rs.10/- each.
