DCB Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

DCB Bank has allotted 76,150 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 13 April 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 282,088,423 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
