DCM Shriram closes buyback scheme

DCM Shriram announced that pursuant to the Public Announcement dated 28 February 2014 and corrigendum to Public Announcement dated 10 March 2014, the Company will close its Scheme of Buyback of Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up, from its shareholders on 04 September 2014 after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange from the open market.
