With effect from 12 January 2015

DCM Shriram Industries announced that V.L. Dutt has stepped down from the Board of the Company as an independent director w.e.f. 12 January 2015 due to various commitments and restrictions on his travel. His resignation will be reported to the board in its next meeting.
