Delton Cables allots bonus shares

In the ratio of 2:1

Delton Cables announced that Members of the Committee has approved allotment of 5760000 Bonus Equity shares of the Company in the ratio of 2:1, i.e. two fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares for every one fully paid equity shares held, as on record date as per resolution passed by the members of the Company at their Meeting held on 12 January 2015.
