Dhanuka Agritech to consider Final Dividend

Dhanuka Agritech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 May 2018, for considering and approving Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and to consider and recommend Final Dividend for the Financial year 2017-18, if any, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
