Digjam announced that upon receipt of the Observation Letters of BSE and National Stock Exchange of India, the companies have filed the necessary applications before the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat Ahmedabad seeking directions for convening the respective meetings of the members and creditors or dispensation thereof as may be permitted by the Hon'ble High Court.

The Company shall update the Exchange upon receipt of the Orders of the Hon'ble High Court.
