Dilip Buildcon to hold board meeting

Dilip Buildcon will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 December 2017, to inter-alia, consider and approve the authority for issue and allotment of 8.90% 6000 non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs.10,00,000 /-(Rupees Ten lakhs only) each issued at par aggregating to Rs. 600.00 Crore( Rupees Six Hundred Crores only), on a private placement basis and execution of the transaction documents and any other matter with the permission of the chair.
