Divya Jyoti Industries announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 June 2015

Divya Jyoti Industries announced that the Company has appointed Ashish Lad as its Compliance Officer in place of Sweety Rai, Company Secretary of the Company who has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 June 2015 in the Board Meeting held on 30 May 2015.
