Dr.Datsons Labs announces change in directorate

With effect from 25 May 2015

Dr.Datsons Labs announced that the following changes in Directorship of the Company have taken place:

1. The Change in designation of Rajendra Kamat, as a Non Executive Director of the Company with effect from 25 May 2015.

2. Dinesh Surana, appointed as a Additional Director of the Company with effect from 25 May 2015.

3. To accept the resignation of Shashikant Shinde as the Whole time Director of the Company w.e.f. 25 May 2015.

4. To accept the resignation of Prabhat Kumar Goyal, as the Non Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 25 May 2015.

 

5. To accept the resignation of Minhaj Khan, as the Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 20 May 2015.

6. To accept the resignation of Mahesh Vaidya, as the Non Executive Chairman of the company w.e.f. 25 May 2015.
