Edelweiss Financial Services allots 5.45 crore equity shares

Edelweiss Financial Services announced that 54,562,488 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 280/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 279/- per Equity Share) ('Issue Price') aggregating to Rs. 15,277,496,640 have been allotted today under the Qualified Institutions Placement which opened on 15 November 2017 and closed on 20 November 2017.
