Educomp Solutions grants stock options

Under ESOP

Educomp Solutions announced that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on 28 May 2015 has granted 80,000 Stock Options to the employees of the Company / Subsidiaries under various ESOP Scheme(s) of the Company, at current market price, to be converted in to one equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of one option.

Vesting conditions and Exercise period of the stock options is as decided by the remuneration committee as per the terms and conditions of the respective ESOP schemes.
