Electrosteel Castings announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating has assigned the following credit rating to the debt instruments of the Company on 23 March 2017:Debt Instrument Rating Assigned Non-Convertible Debenture of Rs.125 crore - IVR A [Pronounced IVR single A] (Outlook: Stable) which indicates adequate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.
Non-Convertible Debenture of Rs.75 crore - IVR A [Pronounced IVR single A] (Outlook: Stable) which indicates adequate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.
