Empee Sugars & Chemicals to hold board meeting

Empee Sugars & Chemicals will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 26 September 2014, to consider the sale/disposal of Assets of Power unit located at Ambasamudram Integrated Sugar Complex of the Company, and to issue Postal Ballot notice to seek the approval of Shareholders for the same, and to withdraw the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Empee Distilleries Limited with the Company, pending before the Hon'ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh.
