ERIS Lifesciences allots 2161 equity shares

Under ESOP

ERIS Lifesciences has allotted 2161 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a premium of Rs. 450.04/- per share has been made on 20.11.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP-2017 Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased from Rs. 13,75,15,461/- (13,75,15,461 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 13,75,17,622/- (13,75,17,622 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
