Esteem Bio Organic Food Processing will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 31 December 2014, to consider the following :Sub -Division/Split of Equity Shares of the Company, to alter the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company to give effect to the Sub Division of Shares, and to decide the Date, Time and Venue to convene an Extra -ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company for approving the above mentioned purposes.
