Everest Industries allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Everest Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2014, have allotted the Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Schemes in the following manner;-

1. 32250 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2009.

2. 560 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2010.

3. 1400 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2011.
