Excel Crop Care to pay interim dividend

On or after 01 August 2016

Excel Crop Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 July 2016, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 11.50 per equity share on 1,10,05,630 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each which will be paid on or after Monday, the 01 August 2016.
