Facor Steels announces change in Key Managerial Personnels

With effect from 01 June 2015

Facor Steels announced Amit G. Pandey General Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary and C. V. Raghavan, CFO of the Company have resigned from their respective posts to pursue assignments outside of the Company. The Board has noted their resignation which will be effective close of the business hours on 01 June 2015.

Vinod Saraf, Managing Director shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02 June 2015.
