FDC to hold board meeting

FDC announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014 and also consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended 31 March 2014.
