Fenoplast appoints company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 30 November 2015

Fenoplast announced that Amulya Dasari, existing Company Secretary of the Company relieved w.e.f. on 30 November 2015 and G. Pushkarini, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as the Company Secretary as well as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 November 2015.
