Filmcity Media to hold board meeting

Filmcity Media will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 December 2014 to discuss and approve issue of Equity Shares / warrants convertible into Equity Shares of the Company to one or more persons on preferential basis, and to fix calendar of events w.r.t postal ballot/ e-voting compliance for obtaining the consent of shareholders for the same.
